At TOKON SHOP Global, we strive to ensure our fans are satisfied with their official sports gear and merchandise. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that certain event-exclusive or clearance items may be final sale.

  Submit Request

  Contact our global support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your assigned RMA number to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package via a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
